By completing and signing this form, the Client (“Client”) agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below with PicsByKris Photography (“Photographer”).
PicsByKris Photography agrees to provide professional photography services as selected by the Client.
A booking is confirmed only after this agreement is signed and all required payments or deposits are received. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
The Client agrees to provide accurate event or session details including date, time, duration, and location. Any changes must be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
Final edited images will be delivered within a timeframe communicated after the photography session. Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload, event size, and editing requirements.
All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of PicsByKris Photography. The Client is granted personal-use rights only. Commercial use, resale, or publication requires prior written permission.
Re-edits, additional edits, and raw (unedited) files are not included unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
No refunds will be issued once photography services have commenced. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
PicsByKris Photography is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to weather conditions, venue restrictions, acts of God, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
The Client agrees to cooperate during the session. The Photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lack of cooperation, late arrivals, or restrictions imposed by venues or attendees.
